Create a new folder with the following structure
folders: XPCD nLite driverpacks $OEM$ Desktop
files: boot.img cdimage.exe ImgBurn.exe MakeXPCD.bat

XPCD folder

This folder contains an unmodified Windows XP Pro Corporate Edition SP3 x86, you can use your own version of XP if you want, or download a clean source like this one on TPB and integrate Service Pack 3 into it with nLite

nLite folder

Download the self-extracting archive of nLite and extract the contents to this folder. For configuration to run automatically save an nLite preset called “settings”, obviously make sure your nLite settings work before including this stage in this batch process. Create a folder in the nLite folder called addons and place your hotfixes and

driverpacks folder contains driver files for common hardwarehttp://driverpacks.net/

$OEM$ and Dekstop folders contains regtweaks and softwarecdimage.exe will create C:\XPCD.iso
When the cdimage window closes you can test the iso in a virtual machine or burn to disc with Imgburn.exe
